Civility in Government

Rotarian David A. Dulio is a Distinguished Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Civic Engagement at Oakland University. He teaches courses on campaigns and elections, Congress, political parties, interest groups, and other areas of American politics.  He recently helped organize an event featuring former Michigan governors on the topic of civility in government.
