President Ron opened the meeting at 12:10.  He led us all 59 present members with the Pledge of Allegiance. Paula serenaded us and we all sang America The Beautiful. Ron led us to recite the four way test and and Jay Eastman gave the invocation.

Ken Whitley was a guest of Jeff.

Rodney was back with us which was greatly accepted by the whole club.  Jim Kennedy was happy about having a family reunion in Chicago.  Russ Shelton made mention of Mary Lee retiring.  David Archbold was happy to be putting on regular shoes.  Maria Willett talked about our own Mayor Bryan Barnett being on XM radio.  Bill Fox was happy about having 4 people baptised at his home.
None this week? Where was Elaina Campbell (our greeter for August)??
The master piece was left at home.
Our August 22nd meeting will be moving to the Neighborhood House located just South of Avon on the West Side of Livernois.

Bob Lytle led us in R O T A R Y and The more we get together the happier we will be.  Thanks Bob for always having the right song for the occasion.
Ron Lichtle and Rodney Dangerfield were recognized as members of the new Board of Directors.
Kevin Brown is one of our new Sheriffs and did a great job.  He had questions in regards to Baseball and the Tigers, Basketball and the Pistons, Football and the Lions, and Hockey and the Red Wings.
Thanks Kevin for raising $328.  It all goes to charity.
Our program today again was centered on the 4 Way Test.  We all should thank Marie Willett, Tate Vo, Andrea Walker Leidy, and Roger Roller for giving us some great insight into what the 4 Way Test means to them.
President Ron Diliddo closed the meeting at 1:30 pm sharp.
Anyone complaining about this summary, does them thereafter,
Ron Lichtle
